I may be biased, but I don’t think so. Three years ago, my cousin, Kelly Barnhart, turned her passion into reality when she opened the doors to her Houston eatery, Vibrant. Her motto: Vibrant is a place where eating is equally about wellbeing and pleasure. Kelly has created a menu comprised of ingredients that never include gluten, dairy, refined sugars, corn, peanut, or GMOs. The eggs and meat are always pasture-raised and the ingredients are sourced local, organic, and as regenerative as possible. Good for your body and the environment? Yes, please!
